1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Chamly, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the service.

2. Description of Service

Chamly is a market intelligence dashboard that aggregates public data from various sources including stock markets, job boards, news feeds, and currency exchanges. The platform also provides financial calculation tools for personal use.

3. User Accounts

• You must provide accurate information when creating an account
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your credentials
• You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse the service, including but not limited to: reverse engineering, scraping, or overloading our systems. The tools and data provided are for informational purposes only.

5. Disclaimer

Market data, stock prices, currency rates, and other financial information displayed on Chamly are provided "as is" for informational purposes only. This is not financial advice. Always consult a qualified financial advisor before making investment decisions.

6. Intellectual Property

All original content, design, and code within Chamly are the property of the Chamly team. Third-party data is used under their respective terms and licenses.

7. Limitation of Liability

Chamly shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use the service, including any decisions made based on data displayed in the application.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. You may also delete your account at any time. Upon termination, your data will be permanently removed.

9. Changes to Terms

We may revise these terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated through the application. Your continued use constitutes acceptance of updated terms.

10. Account Access and Support

To deliver customer support, troubleshoot issues, and ensure the security of the platform, designated administrators may access user account data under strict conditions. This access is governed by the following safeguards:

• Ghost Mode: Authorized administrators may use a secure "Ghost Mode" to view your account as it appears to you. Ghost Mode is read-only and does not allow modification of your data. All Ghost Mode sessions are logged and auditable.
• Purpose Limitation: Administrative access is permitted only for legitimate purposes: resolving support tickets, investigating reported issues, or verifying compliance with these terms.
• DPA Compliance: Administrative access complies with the Philippine Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173) and relevant National Privacy Commission (NPC) issuances. Personal data is processed according to the principles of transparency, legitimate purpose, and proportionality.
• Privacy by Design: You may control whether support staff can access your account through the "Allow Support Access" toggle in your account settings. When disabled, support staff cannot view your data even in Ghost Mode.

By using Chamly, you acknowledge and consent to the possibility of administrative access as described above. If you do not consent, you may disable the "Allow Support Access" toggle or contact us to request account deletion.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Philippines.
